Novadaycare Training was founded by Aram Zaldivar, a professional with years of experience in the education sector, a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and holding a Master's degree in Behavior Modification. With a solid track record since 2019 working directly with children, including those diagnosed on the autism spectrum, Novadaycare Training was born from the conviction that strategies based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can positively transform early learning environments.
